In addition to her passion for the Middle Tennessee area in general, Tammy has successfully
helped clients navigate the area’s real estate market for the past 17 years, representing
hundreds of clients in more than $100 million in purchases and sales during that time. Tammy
possesses particular expertise in residential new construction, having spent over a decade
working with both local and national homebuilders. A leader not only within her field but also
among her peers, Tammy currently serves on the Board of Directors on the Sales Marketing
Council for the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee (HBAMT) and has received
numerous accolades as one of the top Realtors in new home sales, including Platinum and Gold
awards from HBAMT every year since 2008. Tammy was also honored as the Realtor of the Year
by the Sumner Association of Realtors in 2014.
